From Start...to "Next" Start

ABL Solutions is a hands-on company. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable with who we are and what we offer, while we gain a deeper understanding of who you are as well as your learning and business needs. We work hard to build lasting relationships that take our teams from Start ...to "Next Start." Our three-step process has you covered.

Step 1: Connect

Getting connected is simply about you getting to know ABL Solutions, and ABL Solutions getting to know you. This can be as formal or informal as you'd like. Through this connection process we're learning about the challenges that you are facing; discussing how ABL Solutions can partner with you to meet those challenges, and brainstorming ways we can Go Helium in the approach(es) we can take to collaboratively tackle these challenges.

We can continue the initial conversation by having a Go Helium Workshop where, together, we dig deeper into your learning and business needs. We'll do a SWOT analysis and discuss assumptions, constraints, and other considerations. We'll share ideas, solutions, stories, and examples. Armed with this information we'll do some SERIOUS brainstorming (e.g. Superstorming, Group Ideation Storming). By the end of the workshop, you'll have ideas that have real potential for overcoming the challenges you're facing.

Step 2: Build

The Build phase begins with a collaborative working session where we first analyze the potential solutions discussed in the Connect phase. This time, however, we take the ideas further and really break them down and dissect them - looking at pros/cons, instructional strategies, technical considerations, learner experiences, and more. After this collaborative analysis, it's time to get building.

The "build" can take whatever project management approach best suits your organization and availability of your subject matter experts (SMEs) (e.g. waterfall or agile). Regardless of the project management approach, the build occurs across several phases.

Design

Design Document - We'll develop a design document that provides the blueprint for what the solution will look like (structure), what it will include (content), the learning objectives, learner activities, assessment strategy, compliance considerations (e.g. Section 508, SCORM, AICC), logistics, and more.
Prototype(s)/Storyboards - Depending on the project management approach taken for the build, prototypes and/or storyboards are developed that incorporate the functionality and simple design as dictated in the design document.

Development

Depending on the project management approach taken, the Development and Design phases may overlap. In the Development phase, we are fine tuning all aspects of the solution and giving it the final polish before it debuts to your organization.

Deliver

ABL Solutions will support your implementation and evaluation efforts by providing final revisions as a result of pilot and post-pilot feedback.

Step 3: Partner

ABL Solutions is in it for the long haul. Of course we can satisfy your immediate needs and move on, but we really would rather hang-on with you as a partner that is here for you whatever your current or future challenges may be.
